Went here and got a day pass. We went right when they opened and pre-purchased our passes online. Checking in was easy and staff were friendly. The facility was big, well landscaped, had beautiful scenery and clean. I liked how there was an area for adults and kids. Lots of different temperature options with pools in the sun and shade. They even had drinks and food for sale. Would come back.

Absolutely perfect place to relax and let your body heal and recover. Tuesday and Thursday are a great time to listen to music and enjoy life. They have so many beautiful flowers right now. With all the different pools it is very easy to find the perfect one. If you do go, don’t forget to try the cold plunge!

Visited twice during 4th of July week and had two vastly different experiences! Evening visit with live music was simply magical. Not crowded, very laid back environment with fire pits and subtle landscape lighting setting the tone as the sun set. Subsequent visit on a Saturday late afternoon was like visiting an over crowded water park. We had a hard time finding pools not filled with people, and there were lots of small children running around and climbing in and out of all the lower pools. The adult area was somewhat better, but still too many bodies! We enjoyed our time but it was more stressful than it should have been. The staff was amazing both times, drinks and food truck were delicious (best tacos ever!). I’m hoping the crowded day was due to the holiday weekend and not the norm, because we do plan to return soon and want to avoid a repeat.

Wow! We had a wonderful soak! The hot springs are so relaxing, and the adult beverages and food truck were top notch. The springs limit their reservations, so the place was not over crowded. We felt like we were back in Europe!

We booked a 3-hour soak on a weekend evening, and the level of people felt just right, not too quiet but not too crowded either. Our older kids had to stay on the “family” side of the resort, which only had 8 soaking pools (plus the large family pool). The “adult” side for visitors 18+ had an open green area, a couple of fire pits with seating around them, and 24 unique soaking pools spread over multiple levels. I wish we could have utilized more of what the resort offered instead of being so limited to one area. The drinks were good and affordable, and the food truck was great and had lots of options, including one fully vegan falafel wrap. Be sure to bring towels with you, as the resort does not provide them and there are no rental options. I would absolutely visit again, but maybe without my kids!
