The tech did a great job on my brows, one of the cleanest brows I’ve had in a minute, however she waxed one particular area one two many times. I want to say at least 3 times but it may have been 4. The area felt a little sensitive after but it wasn’t until days later when the scar appeared from having too many layers of my skin being ripped away. This happened because the tech went over the same area with hot wax and paper more than once. My mom’s a cosmetologist so she told me what happened and that, that should have never happened especially for a service I paid an expert to do. Luckily, my hairstyle mostly covered the area.
Overall, I had a great experience and would probably go back, though I may pass on getting my eyebrows waxed. I just wanted to let anyone else know the potential risks if you do get this service. Make sure this doesn’t happen to you! 🙂
