We have an RV built on a Mercedes Sprinter 3500 chassis. We needed work done on the A/C and power steering. This was our first experience with DR Automotive and we were very impressed. The communication was top notch and they have embraced current technology to make the customer interface very convenient. The estimate was carefully crafted complete with pictures where appropriate and digital signatures. The office and waiting area was clean and inviting and the staff was great to work with. You can tell this family run business values its customers in a way I haven’t seen in an auto shop in the 17 years we have lived in the area. Prices were on comparable to the area but we have already received a coupon for some regular services at special prices. We will definitely be back!

True review from services received on Friday May 3rd. I can’t say enough about DR Automotive LLC! I had contacted them about my boyfriend needing a starter for his 2020 Ram and that I didn’t want to return to the chain mechanic (previously reviewed) that I had taken my SUV to and the reason why.
I was assured that DR Automotive is ran by a husband and wife team and that they give honest true deals and estimates that don’t gouge the customer. They stayed true to their estimate for the starter that was $400 cheaper than the other 4.7-4.9 Google rated mechanics in the area. Yes, $400 cheaper for the exact same work. They even offered a slightly cheaper form of testing than diagnostic to see if it was the starter. Which we did. The truck was towed to them at closing on Thursday and finished early afternoon Friday once they received authorization to work on the vehicle. My boyfriend even said that the oil change was $40 cheaper here than “speedy” lube (wink). Overall I can say that we just found our new mechanics and as a woman with two daughters it’s nice to know we have found a local mechanic that we don’t have to worry will overcharge us simply for being women. Thank you so much!

Traveling to Hershey from Syracuse, NY had to have our truck looked at due to a noise that developed. Came upon DR Automotive. From the first step into the office being greeted by Tiffany and Heather to the technician that took the vehicle for a ride, everything was beyond perfect. I wish I had got the technicians name, but he took it right in the bay area and looked it over. We were able to drop it off the next morning and enjoy the day at Hershey without a worry. The job was completed that day and they made it convenient for us to pick up the vehicle after the business closed. We could not be happier with the service. We were treated as if we were long time customers. Thank you to all of you.

I own 5-6 vehicles three of which came due for inspection. I set up three separate appointments that accommodated my schedule. The service was friendly, professional, and very informative. I do most of my own repairs, however during the inspection process there knowledge technicians found things that I may have overlooked. I appreciate the attention to detail. It seems to me these guys have the skill and ability to do even the toughest of jobs. The choice is mine to make. In the event I couldn’t or wouldn’t do a job, I would trust a fine repair from DR Automotive at a fair price. The staffing seems like wonderful people and they hold a family atmosphere. It’s a tough industry with fierce competition. I see this business is doing great things fast for their customers. Thank you for the service and support. I’ll return again someday. I’m a cat guy and I love “Spark Plug” the house cat! It seems many customers do too. If allergic know that he is not alway in the house.

My experience was very positive! Scheduled an appointment to have my trailer tires balanced. Dan worked with me to get 4 good tires and wheels on the trailer! We were also able to have an acceptable spare tire.
The appointment was on time and on a very rainy morning I was in and out very quickly. The cost was less than expected and the trailer was very smooth on our trip to Florida.
