Seemed to be a nice studio but no. Told them that I am looking for a studio in Berlin as I am tired of doing each month to Poland for doing nails and other beauty related services. Came first time and made grey mat nails cover. After the first day the Polish got out from all the edges. Sent video to manager-she invited me to redo nails stating that it was not supposed to happen. As a result I was sitting there first 20 minutes and listening to long Vietnamese active conversation between man and woman who do nails in this studio, full of negativity of the fact that I came again and complain about the quality. Then they were trying to convince me that it’s normal, I said it’s not and that I do may Polish for ages. Then she was talking on the phone with manager with very unhappy tone and face, again in Vietnamese. Then she gave me the phone and the manager who said that it’s not normal on Instagram was trying to convince me on the phone saying that it’s normal. I do nails for many years-it’s not. They did them again and now first time in my life the nail Polish got out from my nails. Very cheap quality of materials and service. I do nails once a month for the last 8 years and never edges go out or nail Polish off the nails. I was doing them in Moscow, now I am doing them in Szczecin for the last 2 years. Will never come back after this scene and the quality after doing nails twice there.
