I got a haircut and a botanical treatment from Josephine M and she did an incredible job! She understood exactly what I wanted done to my hair, and she always double checked that she understood what I was asking for and I liked how it looked before she continued. I am always nervous to have other people cut my hair, so I’ve been doing it by myself for years, and I felt safe and taken care of in her chair – she was very thoughtful and patient with my questions and concerns. If you are an at-home haircutter, and worried about other people cutting your hair, I highly recommend giving Josephine a chance – I’ve never left a salon with a haircut I love so much!!

In all transparency I went twice here, the first appointment I wasn’t super happy with how my hair had turned out, but their policy’s allowed for me to go back and get it touched up.
I saw Matthew for the second appointment and he was fantastic. I think I’ll be going to him for a long time after this. Listened very closely to what I was saying about my hair and took his time to ensure I was happy with everything. His instructors were also extremely kind and supportive.
So, be patient, folks are learning. I had a pretty complicated request and my hair turned out great.

This was one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time! My facial with Rebecca R was amazing. She was very informative on skin care, products and best practices for healthy, hydrated skin. I felt like I was in good hands (pun intended) every step of the way. My skin feels fresh, revitalized, and looks glowy, I might even say dewy – and I’m 53 years old! Bonus points for the lovely neck and shoulder massage. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and book an appointment!

Lewis Chandler got all of my tight knots out during my 90’ massage. He’s close to graduating, so you may have to book him privately soon – worth it! I had professional sports massages as an athlete for years & he used new techniques to really get that shoulder and neck tension to disappear. He even gave me tips on what to stretch at home to help maintain his work. #massage

Lola Nicklin did an amazing job dying and styling my hair! She was so accommodating and matched my hair perfectly to the color I was wanting, giving me black that wasn’t jet black and didn’t wash me out. Through the process she was gentle, I felt so pampered, she provided a spa like experience I loved it.
