Even though it was crowded, it was still comfortable. A nice girl did my gel manicure beautifully and was even able to do a small design I asked for too. I will return.

The staff is very kind. My tech does an amazing job and she is so sweet! She is the best, I’m always really happy when I get my nails done! Love my nails!

Ocean, I believe his name was, heavily insisted I leave a review before he messed up my nails. I asked for Chrome, he seemed confused at which base polish to use. The first one he tried didn’t work so, it used another one. Whatever he did first was not even close to chrome, the streakiest thing I’d have ever seen in fact. I didn’t know you could mess up a set this bad. After I asked him to redo my nails he returned from the register, meaning he was about to let me walk out with that atrocity of a job. He apologized and blamed “being given the wrong stuff” even though the nail tech close by had perfect chrome on herself. To fix my nails, he buffed the chrome off and painted directly on top, no rinsing off the powder whatsoever. My nails are literally the worst set I have ever had in my life, right before my birthday. My lengths are uneven and my polish and set remains patchy. I’m embarrassed to go out in public with this set. I can’t believe he allowed me to walk out like this and I am not surprised from the other bad reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE AND THIS TECH AT ALL COST.

The best pedicure I’ve ever had. Friendly staff and clean & organized space. And they are personable and kind soul! Loveeeeee this place. I’ve never felt so relaxed!

I am upset and disappointed with how my nails came out.
The finger with the black glitter is VERY crooked and has a large glob of product on the side.
I was cut twice and once very deep where my skin is actually split at the cut.
The sides are not even painted/colored.
They are still wide at the top even though I asked twice to have them less wide.
The top coat they used is wavy and uneven on every finger.
quit going to Li-En nails which was formally this salon because of there services. Donelson nails (the new name of this place) is no better. Even if I am desperate I will NOT go here to get my nails done.
