I had a Dip nail service done on 1/27/22 for my 1/29/22 engagement party. Sadly the dip service did not last 24 hours- pointer fingers on both hands completely chipped off the tops. Preparing for an engagement party I had absolutely no free time to go back in to have them redo the service I had already spent time to have done. They were running low on the color I wanted. They even put the dip in a clear cup with a lid to use it instead of the dip bottle and was still scolded to make sure he didn’t use it all. I suppose I should have known then. Had I known they really needed to save that color and would not be able to use enough that my nails would be okay 2 days later for my engagement party- I would have picked a different color or I suppose insisted he put more on.

By Saturday, 1/29/22 the day of said party – my two pointers were horrid looking. My right hand was missing half the dip of the middle and thumb fingers. As seen in the pictures. And Monday I was traveling for a very important work conference with these nails.

I went into the salon when I got back in town and asked for my money back at the very least. She told me no money we can fix no money. The engagement party and work conference were over. They looked absolutely terrible during both important moments in life.

I have been here 3 times and I have made this my spot. They are so professional. What I love most is how they treat everyone the same. You will never feel out of place here. They also don’t speak their language when doing your pedicure. Sometimes this makes you feel like they are talking about your bad feet 😂. I feel so comfortable coming here. The environment is great! Will always come back
