I recently with my daughter, and before we started, I specified my concerns with my nails. They completely ignored me, and they refused to address my concerns about toenail removal. He forgot to give us a massage which is included in the package, and when reminded and offered to pay extra, he removed the polish and refused to fix. In less than 3 hours my daughter and I had chipped nails. The quality of their polish and service was disappointing. We used to love coming, but their hospitality and quality have significantly gone down. These pictures were on the day of service.

I got a French acrylic manicure and a gel French pedicure. The mani was by Tracy, I think. The pedi was by Sal. They both did AMAZING. Sal was so gentle and I was so relaxed, I’ll definitely be back. My nails look amazing! I was a walk-in, I didn’t have an appointment, I only waited about 20-30 minutes before I started my service.

No matter what the request, Tracy and her team ALWAYS deliver and exceed my expectations!! These are just a few of my favorite sets I’ve gotten from them! It’s always a friendly atmosphere and they are so unbelievably sweet and professional! I dont think I will ever find another nail tech or nail spa as amazing as Tracy, her brand, and her crew ❤❤

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. This place is truly amazing and hands down the best place to go to in Tyler! I had a 911 emergency with my nails (on a Friday of all days), I called and wasn’t expecting to be able to come in but sure enough, they had the tiniest spot for me. Danny took VERY good care of me, he is the first person to EVER talk to me during the service and see me as a person and not just nails. I’ve had horrible experiences in Tyler where the service is awkward or rude. This place is welcoming and awesome, I will be coming here more often!

This was my first time to go to D’Lux Nail Spa By Tracy and I am so glad to have found them!! My experience was great all around!! Everyone was very friendly and professional and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing and everything was so clean and nice! My nail tech did a wonderful job on my pedicure and so did the tech that did my daughter’s pedicure!! We will definitely be back!
