This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I took my little sister to get our nails done. We both booked for 9am for a pedicure and manicure. We got started with the pedicure. The lady was cutting at the skin on my toe and made it bleed. (My toe was extremely sore after that). I asked for olive green dip nails. The lady gave me white French tip dip. No where near what I asked. During my sister and I’s time there we watched the ladies doing our nails turn away at least 10 people that scheduled a time online for nail and tell them to come back later. No apologies for the inconvenience. Nothing. Customers were mad. I was extremely upset that I didn’t get anywhere near what I wanted. I had to spend the next week picking dip residue from under my nails.
Don’t judge a book by its cover—or in this case, a nail salon by its exterior! Divine Nails and Spa is my go-to spot for a fabulous nail experience. They always manage to squeeze me in on the same day, which is a lifesaver. The staff are quick and professional, yet wonderfully kind, and they strike the perfect balance of being friendly without engaging in too much chit-chat (a blessing for introverts like me!).
The color options for dip and gel are so extensive, it’s like a candy store for your nails. And their pedicures? Simply divine. Located conveniently at Central and Andover Rd, it’s easy to pop in and out, making it the perfect pit stop for some pampering. Trust me, you won’t regret giving Divine Nails and Spa a try!
