Got a pedicure there for the first time because it’s close to home. I won’t be back for sure. It’s probably the worst pedicure I have ever had. I chose an opaque color, but it’s not opaque at all. I can see through some of them, lines are showing. My nails are not uniform. I got the collagen pedicure but my feet were so dry and rough afterwards.

Went in for a manicure and nail polish, the man that was doing my nails was not very responsive, asked me what shape i wanted for my nails and i asked for square with softer edges (Squoval Nails), he completely ignored that. He started filing my nails and moved on to cut my cuticles, and my nails looked horrific but i waited because i assumed he would go back and fix them, however it didnt seem like he was going to fix them. To paint the picture they were incredibly uneven and the not properly filed meaning that there remnants of the nails he had filed were still hanging out. I asked him to fix them but he would only fix one nail and move on even though all of them are messed up??? He said that since i didnt want them to be cut and only filed that he cant make them even, how does that make sense? My nails are barely long enough to be cut so filing them is the only logical way to go about it, not to mention that nail files are literally used to even out nails? I tried asking multiple times to fix them nicely but they kept getting worse and i asked him if i could file my own nails because i gave up on him fixing them. He asked me to wash my hands, mind you he didnt even cut my cuticles properly and he scratched the life out of my nails for some reason. After i sat down he asked me to pay before getting the nail polish, i said that i would pay without getting the polish bc my nails looked atrocious and i really didnt want to solidify them with polish. I ended up paying $27. Im not one to make a scene and fight with workers so i ended up paying and leaving even though i think i got charged for nail polish too even though i didnt get it. The pictures in the photos are after i fixed my nails a bit before leaving myself. Horrible experience please avoid at all cost if you love your nails

This is my third time at this spa for waxing. My first experience was satisfactory. Second experience was mediocre with waxing, and had a rushed mani/pedi due to time constraint. My most recent definitely is the most disappointing experience I’ve had at any waxing place. The person who did the waxing was someone who was very experienced & was good at waxing. BUT she made it a point to use the least amount of wax & waxing strips, thereby missing many parts and leaving wax patches all the way. She was getting more irritated when I pointed what she had missed, and after a point, I stopped pointing to the missed parts. I was moved between rooms and the second one was very unkempt and dirty. After the waxing, the oil used to remove the wax with cotton, did not remove all the sticky wax, and she did not seem to be bothered by all the residue cotton sticking on my hands and feet. To top off such a lousy service, she charged me additionally for wax removal from two toes and 8 fingers, which, btw i had to point many times to get it all off. She did not do the entire feet or the hand. I’ve never been charged for this before at their spa, so found it very unprofessional that she did not mention it while the waxing was being done. I believe the lady who did my waxing was an elderly lady called Crystal. I would NOT recommend this spa for waxing, but if you must wax at this SPA, be VERY vocal about what is NOT OK, when you are being subjected to it.

Word of suggestion to the management – If you seek operational excellence by limiting the necessary amount of product needed for a wax, you will end up losing your customers.

Andy has been my nail tech for a year now, and wouldn’t go anywhere else! He makes sure I go with the right color all the time, takes his time and does a great job filing my nails! I can’t have long nails because of work purposes so he makes sure once I’m due for another nail appointment they aren’t too long! I always get dip powder and it has been the best healthy thing for my nails! No matter what day or time it is Andy always fits me in! The people in there are great and they make sure you are well taken care for! 10/10 recommend!

This is one of those awful nail places where looks are unfortunately very deceiving. I had gel extensions and needed them removed, so I went here because it was close to my home and the salon i got them done at was very far. Here is my experience when I walked in to get the gel extensions removed.

I walked in and once I was seated with the tech, he started using the drill to file down some of the bulk, which was great. Next, he pulled out dome acrylic tips, to which I got startled and asked, “what are you going to do with those?” The tech said he was going to remove my nails with a tip!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT. It is so damaging to your nail beds to remove tips this way. I said please don’t do that?! and he immediately put them back and pulled two soaking cups and filled them with acetone for my hands…. This is red flag #1 – a huge one, because this showed me that the tech knew the correct removal process but.. wanted to f up my nails? Yet I stayed because he was about to do it correctly.

He said it would take about 10mins. After about 3mins he comes back and uses the drill to start filing down the softening gel on both hands, which was fine. However, he started to notice on some fingers (where the tips had already started lifting) that the gel was almost off. Here is major red flag #2. Instead of waiting for the rest of it to soften, he started to RIP the gel off of each finger nail – completely destroying my healthy nail beds underneath, because this takes off the top layers of your nail bed. I tried to stop him and I also said that it was painful on some, but he did not listen. I was shocked and honestly really upset to make a big fuss because I knew my nails were already f’d up now from doing that..

After the gel was ripped off, he started to use to drill on my nails again. I didnt know why??? So i said can you please just smooth them out and put some cuticle oil on?! And he kept saying “later, later”. He goes over my nails with 2 different nail bits, including my left pinky nail which I had already taken off a few days prior, so there was no reason for him to touch that at all. (You can see in the pic).

After destroying my nail beds further, he takes a hand buff to them, which only minimally smoothed them out. Then he applied cuticle oil and told me to wash my hands and that i was done after that. Why am I washing my hands after the oil?????

If this wasn’t bad enough, the cherry on top (red flag #3/4/5??) is that I went to the register expecting to pay $13 for coming in to get my nails destroyed. This is the price on their website for gel removal. The tech charged me $22 for an “acrylic soak off” to which I told him that I had gel, not acrylic. He dismissed me and just said “mhm, mhm” and motioned for me to pay. At this point i was so incredibly upset I just did it so i wouldnt start crying in the salon. And btw, any sort of soak off/removal should NEVER be more than 10-13$.

The pic i attached is what he left me with… Extremely rough and severely damaged nail beds. I literally had to go home and file all my nails down even further! Just to smooth them out. And they were already very weak from what he did. I am so disappointed and disgusted with this salon, especially because my nails were perfectly healthy underneath. I went here to pay a “professional” to do the work instead of taking 2 hours to do it at home myself, but i guess that’s what I’ll be doing from now on. 🙁 please do not go here.
