Customer Reviews:
Really nice and clean. Most are generally nice. Today I had an older lady. Kind of rough and a little aggressive. Used an electric file to remove my gel polish. The electric file generates heat and will burn through the acrylic, she acted as if she didn’t know that and seemed to get upset when I would snatch my hand in pain. She used her hard, sharp nails to push my cuticles back. The finished polished look is a bit lumpy and you can see the imperfections but I paid.. no fuss. I just wanted the experience to be over.
Made a smudge on my thumb… the nail tech rolled her eyes…. I was over it by then, because it was the constant stares, the constant repeating “no I do not want gel”. she also immediately pulled out gel nail polish and I’ve already mentioned from the beginning NO GEL, I could care less how many people do it, I don’t get gel! And the fact that she had an attitude. I was over the experience honestly,
NY nail techs are better, and I have yet found a decent nail salon out here in the DMV that gives quality nail service and no attitudes and running me out of the chair with barely dry nails. I didn’t feel welcomed….not will I return.
