I will preface what I am about to say with the fact that I only had an hour to spare. I asked when I walked in if they could complete my ask in an hour. Everyone assured me they could. Apparently I should have asked if they could complete the service and meet expectations in 1 hour. I received a fill in and a toe polish change. My toes are descent so I won’t even go into detail about them. My fingers however, do not. Peeling polish, cooked nails, it’s quiet embarrassing for the money. At least I left on time.

This is the place to go for gel manicure to last for 5 days. It appears some workers may not have state certification. Request photo id in advance to verify license. Note: I am sure there are employees that provide exceptional service, however the one I had is questionable. Read the most current reviews and decide for yourself. I see a similar complaint.

Would not recommend! My friend and I scheduled pedicures and were happy to be able to use their online booking system. My friend wanted her nails done as well, so she showed up an hour early for those. Her tech did a terrible job and the shape was flared out. She asked her to fix it and they still looked terrible.
We went over for our pedicures and my friend wanted the same exact color that she had on her nails on her toes. Her tech started painting and it was very obviously a different shade. Once she was done painting all ten toes, she asked my friend if she wanted her to redo them…
She also cut my friend’s skin and her toe is now infected.
I would give only one star, but my tech did an okay job, but nothing special.
There are way too many good nail salons in Charlotte to return here.

Divana is the BEST nail salon in all of Charlotte, NC. Every time I’ve brought in some photo of an intricate design, they do it exactly like the photo. Tin and Jenna are especially amazing. Seriously cannot say enough great things about this place. The customer service is unparalleled!! I honestly want to gatekeep this place, but they deserve all the hype and business. Make an appointment for afternoons and weekends because they can get busy (bc they’re the best).

My daughter and I had a great experience here both Janna and Tin were awesome! Very accommodating and clean. We will definitely go back.
