THEY ARE RACIST! I should’ve left upon arrival because one employee seemed rude but I didn’t let him speak for the whole shop. If I could give zero stars I would. First time and last time coming to this salon. The lady drilled my natural nails off instead of cleaning them. She thinned the tips and when I questioned it she informed me it would look more natural; no break. During this service I watch 2 more black woman walk in and receive a different attitude than white customers. I truly believe they prefer white clients over black. Well 3 days later it breaks and they are not willing to add acrylic to nails they thinned. He blamed me for trusting the professional. He fixed the broken one and said it would cost them time to repair the rest. They charged me $90 for this fill in. He repair the nail but refused to put design back on nail without paying for the design again. Bad customer service and terrible attitudes.
Update: Fixed one on 3-7-23 and today 3-8-23 the other one broke off at the tip were it was thinned out. Not even sure how; just looked down and it was broken. Clearly no pressure or stress caused this since I felt nothing and wasn’t doing anything strenuous. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP‼️
Tried to speak with owner but couldn’t. When I left a male employee started recording me going to my vehicle and only stopped when I threatened him with the police. He tried to say he was calling the police too but called the owner that was just unreachable. He was very rude and extremely aggressive.

My feet were a mess. David got them looking and feeling great. Thank you Diva nails. The whole salon was very friendly and hard working.

First time there- friendly staff, appointment that day. I got French nails done by Tony & he did a fantastic job! Also the salon is clean.

Been coming here for a year now. Originally happy because having just moved to the area I needed a nail tech that had liquid gel nail technique. Started off okay in the beginning but then months later I noticed that pricing for my services kept going up. Over time, and I’ve only been there a year, I now pay $60 for liquid gel “fills” only, not a full set, which is the same thing as a dip system or acrylic fill, just a different product. They don’t have a price list showing in their salon either which isnt good business. The nail techs, imo, are ride to continue with ongoing, across the room, conversations in vietnamese, when customers are there. I always make an appointment and every time I come I have to wait 15 minutes. And then when Im sitting with the tech, she interrupts our session with her personal phone, or goes to help another tech, and will also take a walk-in for eyebrow wax during my appt.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

I had called last week and changed my appointment 5 times due to the amount of work I had. They kindly changed my appointment without giving me no problems( btw you are able to schedule an appointment online as well as change it)Going forward, i finally got there and the service was AMAZING!! My mani💅🏻/pedi came out BEAUTIFUL!! They greet you as if you were family and give you every possible accommodation they can. I would highly recommend this place if you want to feel beautiful 🤩
