It’s a shame that the owner is so rude.. we made an appointment on Wed for the upcoming Saturday. He texted 15 min before our appt to ask if we could come early. I said no because we had an appointment right before our scheduled time with Diva and he replied that if we weren’t there by 11:06, our appointment is cancelled. We had an appointment for 11 and we had planned things so we would be 5-10 min early to diva, and that’s exactly how it worked out. There was no reason for him to threaten to cancel. When we arrived he continued to be rude to us. People would come in to ask about a walk-in and he turned every one away. The only people he was the slightest bit nice to were people he knew by name. This guy needs a hard lesson in business etiquette. Too bad that the wonderful pedicures we got from the ladies that work there couldn’t overshadow the owners asperity. The two ⭐⭐ are for them. We will definitely be going elsewhere in the future.

I’ve tried every nail salon in town, and Diva Nails is the best by far! They have a gorgeous selection of powder dip nails, very comfortable pedicure/massage chairs, and are so professional and kind! The owners Mary & George are so welcoming and you can tell they appreciate their customers.
After I made the mistake of going to a different salon due to scheduling issues, George was able to work me in to save my nails! When I thanked him he said “anything to make our customers happy”. Having had issues with other salons, this meant the world to me!
I’ve had a pedicure and dip power nails done by technicians Paul and Bea. They are amazing and talented, and so nice! I highly recommend Diva Nails and Spa, they have the best prices, the best talent, best customer service, a great selection of colors and do high quality work.

You can’t find a better salon to go to! I have been here multiple times and every single visit I’ve enjoyed! Everyone is very nice.. I usually have a women Bea do my nails but with her being away on this visit I believe a man Paul did mine this time and he did an amazing job as well ! I work customer service and anytime I ask anyone where they get their nails done at their response always “diva nails and spa” I have yet to see a nail job look bad from this place .. And if you focus on the people who are leaving a one star review, and you’re choosing not to visit this salon because of that, then I promise you, you will be missing out on a good visit from a good salon with welcoming staff and such a relaxing atmosphere.. I have really bad social anxiety so being in public alone for me is a struggle, but this salon from day one has always made me feel comfortable and relaxed so I will always choose Diva Nails and Spa! If you have yet to have a visit here, I suggest you at least do so once to make your own decision

Was pleased with the service, but my mother sister and I all opted for normal polish on our toes rather than gel, so it took awhile to dry. I understand they were busy, but the manager made it seem like we were a bother by being there so long while they dried which is incredibly unfortunate. “If you don’t want to wait so long next time..” just be honest and tell us you didn’t want to wait on us, we never had an issue with dry time. Also, who wants gel on their toes as if polished toes don’t already last long enough??
If it’s such a problem, maybe install some seating for those who are waiting for their nails to dry.
