I had a good experience the first time I came for a pedi a few months ago so I thought I would come back. Started off well, typical pedi service.
Being asked multiple times to get something I said I didn’t want is annoying, please don’t do that. Having full blown loud convos in another language, other workers coming to view your work & giggling, is unprofessional & uncomfortable to your paying guest. Being rushed out of the chair before even checking to see if the polish is dry is rude. Especially when I was told 15mins since it’s regular polish. A new lady just randomly came over, begin to pull the toe separators from my feet & try to put my shoes on. Like um ma’am, do you want to see if they’re dry?! I could barely get out the chair, she’s grabbing my keys & belongings trying to hand them to me. No. Nope. I will NOT be returning! Do not rush me or give bad customer to someone who chose to come & patronize your business. I’ll go somewhere that has a comfortable/relaxing environment & appreciates my business.

First off, The nail technician up sold me to a $60 6-step pedicure. They didn’t have the scent choice I wanted. She forced me to get the Menthol scent which I didn’t want. When we got to the part where she’s about to paint my nails, she spills the nail polish all over the place. She painted one of my nails. Said the color is bad and went to get others, none of which were even close to what I had previously chosen. So I get up to go get another color, she then proceeds to paint my toenail over the other color that was already on. She didn’t put on any base coat and wasn’t going to remove the color. I said Please remove the color that you already put on, and I see there were bubbles all in it. She was super rough on my legs and feet and didn’t ask how it felt…I finally asked someone else to paint my nails. This place used to be nice… I still left a nice tip though because I i’m not an ignorant person. Also her and her co worker were loudly laughing talking and giggling the entire time, sooo ignorant! I wanted to relax and paid good money to do so…I will not be returning.

Love this place. Besides the fact that they are friendly, clean, and have fair prices, my nails have never looked better. Anthony is my go-to. I can literally show him a photo of a nail color or design I want and he’ll do it flawlessly. I’ve attached photos of two different times I’ve been there. Every where I go I get compliments.

This salon came recommended, but now they’re embarrassed by the job I paid $50 for. I asked for a dip manicure and received the bare minimum. She never actually gave me the manicure part- she paid no attention to my cuticles and the color came out uneven. The color isn’t the full color bc she only dipped my nails twice. I hope my nails aren’t completely messed up from the Dremel she used on my bare nail.

Pedicure was great but whoever did my fill needs to go back to school. My middle finger is a completely different size and shape and all of my nails are lumpy and just poorly done. I asked to fix and it just wasn’t getting better. I’ll never be back. 🙄
