DO NOT COME HERE
I used to come here and as time has gone on they have gotten worse. Not only that but tonight really broke my trust with this place. They close at 7. We got here at 4:50 pm we waited TILL 7PM. There were three of us that got here to get our nails done. We picked colors and had designs. We were ready to go. They kicked us out because they were closing, they only did ONE of THREE of us and they didn’t even start till about 6pm. People kept coming in after us 2 were appointment and the rest were just coming in. They took everyone else before us. We came from Wichita because they were cheaper than the place in Wichita and my best friend was bringing her, her sister-in law, and me to this place to show her how great they were (my best friend and I have been here before). Well today they proved us wrong. We will not come back this is incredibly ridiculous and aggravating. If you had appointments and were gonna take everyone but us you could’ve just said so. They should’ve just said to leave instead of wasting 2 hours of our time sitting around while her sister in law is only visiting for a week smh. Oh and one last thing, on their pearl board, a lady said she could do the color but not the designs shown. Why tf would you show a design you can’t even do that’s just false advertising and stupid as hell.

My sisters and I went to get pedicures and manicures before my sister’s wedding in two days. We called and made an appointment for a bridal party coming in. When we got there it was a nightmare. First of all they were rude when we walked in the door, then they didn’t even sit us together for our pedicures. We were all on spaced apart so that we couldn’t even talk to each other. Then when I got my manicure the lady asked what shape I wanted my nails. I said coffin shaped. She just stared at me and “almond?” I tried to correct her and even pulled up a picture on my phone of a coffin shaped nail. But she just kept saying “almond?” So whatever, I left with almond shaped nails. All five of us were finished at different times too so we had to wait almost 40 minutes in the front for my last sister. On top of it all, our nails were chipping the next day and they looked so awful the day of the wedding that we had to redo them when we were getting ready. Horrible experience and if I could give them no stars, I would.

They didn’t listen to what I was wanting done. They did a very basic job. My nails are uneven and different lengths. I’m just not impressed with this business. I don’t recommend.

My gel nails ended up cracking and falling off a day after getting them done, they also cut my finger/cuticle and it’s super sensitive now. I would not go back again because of this. Pedicure is fine.

My friend and I both had appointments at 5 pm and we both had to wait over an hour before even being acknowledged. I was so disappointed. They weren’t very friendly on top of it. I do NOT recommend and won’t return. I don’t understand why an appointment is advised when they take walk ins over those who make an appointment.
