I had an appointment and still had to wait. They were busy and rushing. I asked for 2 different colors and she didn’t understand I guess, so I let it go, then the paint on my toes was not smooth and part of my great toe was missing paint. I asked her to re do it and she just painted a glob over it then another one told me that color wouldn’t look smooth. It looked like a 5 year old painted my toes.

I had an appointment and when I got there it was full. I paid 82 dollars for a pedicure yesterday and my toe nails look like my son did them. Will never go back and I always tip very good.

We had appointments for pedicures. I had regular polish on my nails. They didn’t even try to remove with polish remover. Just immediately used the drill to take off the polish. He even asked if it was shellac and I told him no. I didn’t have them repolish because I wanted them natural. Went to go pay and they charged me $5 to remove the shellac polish. I told them it wasn’t even shellac. They argued trying to say it was shellac. I told them they didn’t even try to remove with polish remover they went straight to the drill. Again, I didn’t even have them polish my nails again. I won’t be back. I know it’s only $5 but it’s the point they want to charge for something it wasn’t. Plus the ladies I went with got hot towels on their legs. We all got the same service. They weren’t going to do the hot towels on me until I said something.

The prices change constantly. And they charge $2 added on to every service bc they have ro wear mask. Worst service ever. Don’t recommend.

Update – May 2, 2024 I took my daughters in because it was later in the day and I didn’t feel like driving all the way into Bowling Green. I will never be back. The man is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I feel sorry for the women who work in there for him. He makes up prices on the spot when it’s time to pay. He takes advantage of his customers. We came in later and he asked the lady how much they had made and she said $300. So he charged me $75 for a set of acrylics with a french tip. I will not ever be back. I wish I could rate them 0 stars.
