Best, most consistent gel nails I’ve ever gotten! Leann did my hard gel refill and walked away with absolutely perfect nails. I am so happy with my whole experience. This nail salon is definitely 5/5. Pro tip: book an appointment in advance !

I have been struggling with my natural nails for months. I went to DipNails to try a “dip” style application. My timing was perfect because I met my new best friend, Lee, she is the new owner and after looking at my nails she explained why “dip” was not what I needed. She explained the difference between a dip and a hard gel and why the hard gel promotes nail growth and strength. She explained that when they have to remove a dip treatment it would damage the new natural nail. A hard gel will not damage the new nail growth. I took her advice and I already see the benefit.

Walked in for a pedicure. They got me in quickly. The pedicure wasn’t great. Hardly scrubbed my feet and the massage wasn’t really a massage just kind of lightly ran her hands around my feet. I have 3 stars because the toe polish was decent or I would have given 1star. Fasted pedicure I’ve ever gotten. If I would have known all this I would have just gotten a polish change. Needless to say I won’t go back.

Krista was just amazing! She did a very simple builder gel nail on me and I love it! I wanted something simple but feminine and she delivered. She is very meticulous and makes sure every nail and detail looks perfect. Thank you Krista for the amazing work! I highly recommended!

This was my first visit at Dip. I made an appointment for a deluxe pedicure. They didn’t have anyone available so they pulled a manicurist over (she clearly wasn’t pleased.) The deluxe pedicure was supposed to include a moisturizing foot mask, sea salt exfoliation and 10 minute massage, none of which I received. I heard the manicurist tell the manager she didn’t have time to give me a deluxe. When I asked the manager if I actually got a deluxe pedicure (which costs more), she said yes but I feel like she didn’t care about over charging me. I won’t be back.
