Absolutely TERRIBLE. i went in for a FILL. asked for french tips this was my first time going in. as she started it was this weird white clumpy stuff and weird clear clumpy stuff. I didn’t get a fill she left me with what i had when i came in, then she went to file them the white damn near came off and they are absolutely terrible i’ve never experienced a more unorganized place ever, there were nail filings all over the place and i still had to pay $25 for THESE . I left with thick nails and every nail with a different shape. 100% do not recommend they should be shut down.

Worst experience ever. Went in with a full set on and just needed a fill and a new color. She made them round rather than almond like they were originally and I asked her to fix them. They’re now all different thickness’s and shapes. Some are more pointy and some have a flat top. I originally asked for a design and was told to do something else and I said no and changed to a french instead. She kept painting on this gel coated stuff and was just slapping it on. Once it was time for the french she painted a pink one on instead and it was all bumpy. I told her i didn’t like how it looked and she just did full color and painted over it. I told her to remove it because there were so many bumps. It was just overall a horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommended anyone to go there for a full set.

I just recently moved to the area and wanted a local nail salon… and I found Diane’s nail salon… I don’t know about you, but I love a good matte color! Tina (who works at Diane’s) did an amazing job on my nails. Love this matte green!! Two weeks prior Diane did a matte pink on my nails. Completely in love. Service is quick and to the point. Love going to Diane’s. Highly recommend.

They were so harsh with my skin and cuticles that I ended up bleeding in multiple spots as you can see in the photos. The polish on one on my nails has a see-through spot. The areas where my skin was cut open stung under the light. I also told the woman doing my nails it stung and hurt and she just apologized and kept filing the same spot, which makes for a very painful nail salon visit. Will never come here again
