Not worth the price and rudeness.
Note: I went back a second time to give them a chance on 3/18/24 as I live in the neighborhood and would love to walk to a nail shop and it’s still trash. I got nail removal. Thinking they couldn’t mess this up and sure enough they did. This place really needs new management and staff or to go out of business.

Worse nail job.. 50 dollars i could of gone somewhere else and gotten a professional job done and pedicure.. but it only got me 3 hours of my life gone and 2 hours missed of work and a horrible experience…

I don’t know their names, but it wasn’t the young girl (I had manicure done with her once, she’s good). I have so much skin, specially on my toes, is the third time I try to have my nails done at this place, twice horrible. First of all, they paint so far from the cuticles, second, they don’t know how to clean the cuticles. It was an emergency, but for sure I’d do it better by myself. Plus she almost cut my fingers off 😣😣😣

This is where I get my Mani/pedicures done every time. I get random people every time I go in. I’ve never had any issue. Granted one time they did cut my nails a little shorter than I wanted but it’s only nails and they grow back but if that’s my only issue then I don’t have many issues. I’ve been coming here for over a year. The pricing is great too. Love this shop❤️

I’ve been going to Diane’s for many years, starting pre-pandemic. It’s a great local staple for a low frills, affordable mani-pedi (although they do waxing as well). The only time I’ve seen someone have a bad experience is if they’re incredibly entitled – this is owned and operated by the people on staff, so they don’t have to – nor do they – tolerate disrespect to the staff. I do a basic gel mani and pedi and have a great experience 9.5 times out of 10. They do have busy periods where you can feel rushed or nail techs that typically don’t work are on staff, and the quality of the mani drops a bit but that’s been rare and they listen to your preferences if they didn’t get the nail shape you wanted, etc, the first time. Their gel services last at least 2 weeks (often 3+) and run $65 for gel mani + pedi (recommend the +$5 callus removal service).
