Terrible experience. If I could give less than a star review, I would. I got my nails done over the weekend, I called the next day and told Diane that I was not happy with my nails and asked if she could please fix them. She gave me an appointment 4 days after!!! She told me to be there at 1030am, I got there and she gave me an attitude and told me she was busy. That my appointment was at 10am, it wasn’t. I walked out and will not be going there again. I should have said something that day but I was there for a pedi and already had been on the chair for a long time. I don’t like complaining but what happened today was not ok. My nails look horrible. I’m so disappointed. I had to go to another salon and thankfully they were able to fix them.

Everyone is so kind and I love the quality of the products. My technician (Justin) is always ready for me and treats me with such care and patience especially when I have the wackiest ideas for my nails.
