Paid $40 for a pedicure that lasted 15 mins. Not happy at all. I felt rushed the whole time. Didn’t even have time to pick out color so just had to tell her. My toes look okay but the service was awful. I won’t be going back.

It upsets me to give a bad review but customer service is important to me. The quality of my manicure matters to me because, it’s my hands. I’ve been using this nail salon since I moved to Greenwood 7 months ago. I get my nails and toes done every 2 weeks and spend around $55 to $90 each visit so it’s not exaggerating to say I’ve spent HUNDREDS of dollars at Diamond nails. I recently went in for a fill and toe polish change. I asked, and always pay extra, for my cuticles to be clipped. They were not clipped. I also noticed that they were wavy and filed a little crooked but I thought, no biggie, maybe she’s having an off day. Ok so 4 days later, my thumb and index fingers chip. I called to let them know and find out when they could fix it, they said they were too busy (this was a Friday) so I went in the next day… again I was told “too busy “. I went in 2 additional times and finally she took the time to look at my nails. She told me to sit and I was so glad because by then it wasn’t just the polish but my actual nail was chipped where the polish/acrylic had come off. These are my REAL, NATURAL nails and one of them was jagged and broken because they kept putting me off and being too busy.. so there I sat all glad to get this done and she informed me that she couldn’t find the polish. The polish on my nails was nowhere to be found. There was NO apology, NO offer to make it right, nothing. Their attitude was like “oh well”. So, I decided to just get them redone.. I called and spoke to THE OWNERS GIRLFRIEND who told me… you’re too picky. You want everything to be right. If you don’t like your nails, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Wow, the award for best customer service goes to… HER. So, I took her advice and went to KT nails and the results are amazing! The woman showed me how thick my acrylic overlay was, pointed out all the polish on my cuticles and then she kindly fixed them for me. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to just do quality work. I also don’t understand why it’s ok to REFUSE to stand behind your work and leave a client/customer hanging. I’m not going to spend my money at a place that won’t even stand behind their own work and make things right. I’m going to KT from now on. Diamond Nails… YOU’RE FIRED

Very good nail shop!!! Best in town I’ve been a regular client for the last year and they always do a great job!

She did an amazing job on this ombré pink! She was quick and very sweet. I used to go to foxy nail but now I’m strictly a Diamond nails girl!!

Terrible experience nail tech was on phone the whole time not paying attention rushed the whole process. Sloppiest polish job ever. I DO NOT reccomend. Go somewhere else where they care about their customers
