I don’t know what’s going on in Miami- another failed nail job ! Visited this nail shops with my daughters before spring break . They both decided to get an acrylic nail job, and I got gel nails done. Not even a week later, the nail polish started to come off from 4 of my fingers. I’m not a nail tech but they either didn’t do the base right or the material used were poor quality and expired! They charged me $40 to paint my very short nails which last only 3 days !
spent $350.00 that day, they gave my daughters a total of $19 student discount by sending us to the ATM machine to get cash ! Overall, we spent a lot of money and received a very poor service, I will not recommend this place to anyone, I could have done a much better job painting my nails at home literally! Very difficult to communicate with the nails technicians and cashiers.

Poor service, poor quality. You can’t even communicate with them… they are just here to add long fake nails and acrylic. It’s impossible to have a decent there. They mess up my nails. I could’ve done so much better home than wasting that $40.

I love this place. The salon is beautiful and it’s very clean and quiet. The music is nice and the staff is friendly. Jenny is my go to girl SHES AWESOME!! I always love my nails when she’s done. I don’t go to anyone else but her but I’ve had my nails done by Phon before and he’s really good as well. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Price is fair for the service they provide and I’ve never had any issues with them.
