This place is absolutely horrible. My nails were rushed. She cut me multiple times. Didn’t ask me shape or length. The corner of one of my nails is missing. Yanked my arm multiple times because I couldn’t bend at my belly being Im pregnant. Do not recommend going here ever again.

I’m so disappointed with my experience here. My daughter got acrylics for the first time. We were charged 94 dollars for a subpar job, happily paid, except three days later, 3 nails popped off. I’ve had acrylics in the past that weathered athletics, swimming, washing dishes, etc. There is zero reason these nails should have popped off the way they did. We took her back to re-do them and they still charged us for the set. I don’t often review places but I don’t want anyone to have the negative experience that we had here.

This place will blow you away. Massage chairs for pedicure. Doesn’t smell like most nail salons. Prices are reasonable. The only problem is you need to be willing to wait 2 to 3 hours for manicure and pedicure.

I just got gel nails on Friday 5/20/22 and today is Monday 5/23/2022 when this photo was taken. This is a photo of the nails on my left hand not even the right hand (I am right handed) my nails looked like this by Friday evening the day I got them done. Very disappointed and will not be back again to this facility. When you pay for a service I expect them to at least last a week, but certainly prefer them last two to three. These didn’t last a day.

This was my second time going to this salon. The first time I went I had a younger gentleman, very kind, gave me a great pedicure and honestly my polish lasted longer than ever before. However tonight was a completely different experience. The lady (I think Sheila?) was so rude and in a hurry. I wasn’t there 30 minutes. The worst pedi I’ve ever received. She was slamming my foot in and out of the water. She cut so much of my actual skin that I almost cried! She said it had been too long since I had been in. Literally chunks of skin cut!!! Polish job was terrible. Nothing about it was enjoyable. 😭🥺😩😩 mama just wanted to rest her tired feet and now I’ve got a new injury to take care of! I will never go back to Diamond Nails! 😩
