I’ve never wanted to give negative stars to a place before. I usually drive about an hour to go to my typical nail place but occasionally, I come here for the sake of time, and it always costs me more time and money. I had to go in twice for them to fix the polish, then a week later I had to go get a whole new set somewhere else because of how bad it was chipping off. None of the nails were a good shape, they were all different. Something bad happens any time I’ve ever been there.

I went to the nail salon during Black Friday.before I got there I made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait a long period of time. I got there at my appointment time and waited 10 extra minutes. Then he sat me down and was pretty friendly then I didn’t like the color I had picked out and asked to pic a new one,he got very annoyed. I got a good color then he moved onto the design.he made it to big. he made 5 big globs of white polish then after realizing tried to cover It when i told him 4 layers of gel with come off in a few days .he said “you wanna bet? I have been doing this for 18 years.” I said “I’ll bet a whole new set” then he drilled it off and did it the right way.the also called me picky.and before I even got out of the chair he demanded his 35$. I will Never come again. (The photo is less than 24 hours after getting them done.and the gel is very uneven. he didn’t let it stay in the light long enough. layers were wet went they came out)the Photos after the Second One are photos less than 42 hours After getting them done, five of the nails had been Chipped, then fallen off doing daily household chores.

Gentlemen, if your girlfriend invites you to get a manicure while she gets her nails done, just do it. I promise you it’s not what you think. You sit down, they clip your nails, file them, cut off all your dead skin, and then you can either get a clear coat put on to protect them and make them shiny, or leave it as is. I’ve never had one done before today, but I’m definitely going to make it a monthly routine. I can understand why going into a nail salon might be awkward, but just take my word that it’s worth it.

Everything was fine to me. The lady who took care of my nails was nice and I think she did a good job. The wait for our appointment wasn’t long and we even got to start early. The service was also quick but still thorough. I’m satisfied overall. 🙂

My daughter went in for a full acrylic white nails with a simple “I do” design for her bridal shower left with bloody fingers, a sloppy acrylic job and the writing looks absolutely terrible She left completely upset during the 2 hour visit she was made to feel terrible because she was bleeding, which the woman made her bleed, so she just wanted to leave … her fiancee tried to go and get her a refund with pictures of the nails and her card and they said that he was lying she was not there! There is no way that they they can’t remember doing those nails an hour earlier. Very very disappointed.
