This was my 4th time here. Every other time was great, but this time it was not good. The tech rushed and left my nails looking terrible. I didn’t even want her to fix it. I don’t think I’ll be back.

My wife and I go here for pedicures together. This place is very clean and quiet. It is a nice break from the usual craziness of each day to apply some self care. They are meticulous in how they take care of you. There is no rushing. Very nice staff.

My friend referred me to this place and she is sorry that she did after hearing about my experiences here. Both times I have requested Nicole (who she said I should see to get powder done). Both times Nicole knew I had an appointment with her and completely neglected me. This past time I got a pedicure and the person was scrubbing my heels and foot dry (felt like sandpaper) and now I have CUTS all over my foot. To add on, someone else did my powder and my cuticles have cuts all on them. Should I also mention they do not clean their tools? This was NOT a relaxing experience at all. I had to tell both nail techs to stop because of the pain I was in. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to feel abused and not cared for.

This nail salon honestly is the best I’ve ever been to! I followed Leo from his previous salon and he does the most amazing job on sns nails. They are perfectly shaped and his designs are unbelievable. This salon is clean, comfortable, and wonderful! You must come!!

I live about 4min from this salon and REALLY wanted to love them. The location is so convenient and fee staff is so nice! I get a simple gel mani and pedi whenever I go. My nails chip within a few days and this is consistent over the last six months. I was randomly in New Rochelle last week and got a gel mani because mine were looking rough. It’s been a week and I don’t have a single chip. I’m super disappointed that I have to find a new salon. I won’t drive to new ro due to distance, but I’ll look elsewhere in the rivertowns for my nails going forward.
