I came here to get a pedicure and nail polish change. The Deluxe pedicure did not include the metal rasp (the part where they file your feet) and had very minimal massage. I let the owner know that day on the phone and she argued with me. She said she’d watch the video (they record everything ) and call me back. She never called the following day so I called her. I asked if she had watched the video and she said yes. She said I touched my foot but didn’t say anything. Apparently the video doesn’t record audio because this is where I said that she had not filed my feet. She said she would give me another pedicure but if I keep calling and complaining about her employees she wouldn’t serve me. My pedicure did not look good. I have included photos and my nails were chipping the day I got them done. I wont be going back for a free pedicure or ever. My sister also said that this salon just isn’t good anymore, they used to be great. I know they can do good work because my friend who went with me had a perfect pedicure but she can leave her review. I’m not going back.
Response to owner: the pictures speak for themselves. That is literally what my nails looked like. And I did tell the technician that she did not file my feet. Nothing I have stated is incorrect. It was not a good pedicure/nail polish change. I’m sorry if I said something about your prices but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to give me the service I paid for. I’ve never in my life not tipped the technician until this day but I did not think that I received what I was already paying for.

The staff was kind and service oriented. They purposely try to connect with their customers. Well, must of the staff, not all. Unfortunately, way over priced. I’ve gotten my nails done in multiple states because I travel. This by far was WAY overpriced for what I got. I’ve had EXTREMELY better artists do my nails and charged less in even bigger cities. They charged me $165 for a basic pedicure and an acrylic fill/re-style. We even tipped them $20 to be a blessing. The VERY NEXT DAY the polish and design on my fingernails was coming off.
NOT HAPPY!!! I tried to contact them, but did not get a response. I was working and I didn’t have extra time & left town 2 days later, couldn’t get anything fixed. DISAPPOINTING!!!

Tay!!! she always gets me right, she’s bomb at designs, shaping, all of it. Tay and her staff are always so friendly and talkative (which I love!) the salon is very clean and welcoming. I seriously cannot say enough great things about this place you just need to go find out for yourself!! (some nails i’ve had done by Tay down below!)

I have been to this salon 2 times, I guess it depends on the day an the person you get. The lady that did my nails the first time, super sweet and my nails were beyond cute!
But today, conplete different story. I could care less that my nails look the way they do, but the way this lady treated me was pitiful. She was grabbing my hand and pulling them to her, snatching my hands, all while popping my fingers doing so(painfully). At one point she was filing my nails while one arm was completely contorted. I asked for round and got square. My nails were done very sloppy. Although she did an excellent job on the colors and placement of such, parts of my nails are thin the other parts, thick. Ended up leaving with more hangnails than what i went in with. I asked her for a receipt and she told me she couldn’t re-print one out.
I wish I could be that person who has the guts to say something before leaving. But she made me feel like I was trash and not worth her time.

Super kind and welcoming! Julie was extremely patient and worked through every detail of my nails. Though there was some slight discomfort, it was worth it in the end. She helped me choose the Perfect shape and color. $43 for SNS and totally worth.
