I tried – I really did. Been going here for about a year now. It’s a decent shop and I only had minor issues. Nothing major to complain about. The owner’s mouth can be reckless but she rarely did my nails. The times she did, the product is great but her attitude is stank! Once I asked for an American manicure (heck, that’s what it was in the 90s). She berated me for wanting something old. I cared not, I’m paying for a service. Perform the service please. But this weekend took the cake. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted since I didn’t quite see it on the color swatch. She was annoyed and said to pick a color. I don’t work there, I don’t know what they have. So I again showed her the picture…she again said pick a color. So I did. But the color and the number did not match. It was 2 completely different shades. The naked eye could see that much. Again…her mouth is reckless. She starts telling me how she likes it and it’s a pretty color. I didn’t give a flying flip what SHE likes, it’s MY money. Never again…I’ll paint my own toes with a broom before I frequent their business again. I’ve never seen people treat certain customers as if they are an annoyance.
