Have gotten nails done here before with absolutely no issues. Getting a fill this time, the guy buffered off the old nail polish and with in 10 minutes of sitting down, he’s ready to put the gel on. I tell him to wait because he’s only gone over my nails once and he didn’t cut them down (he had asked me when I first sat down). He says he’ll cut them down after he puts the gel on. Okay, but you still need to buffer my nails more. He gets an attitude (mind you I was NOT yelling at him), tells me he’s not going to do my nails and he will get someone else to do them. I said, that’s fine. He says something to the “manager”, she then asked me what was the issue. I explained I have only been sitting in front of him for 10 minutes, he buffered off the old polish and now ready to put on the gel. She tries to tell me each nail tech does things in their own way. I’m like, if that’s the case, why does every other nail tech do nails the same, but he’s the ONLY one who does something different? She just kept repeating the same thing. The initial guy snatched the towel from under my hands and walks off in a huff. She sits down, looks at my nails (I could tell by her facial expression she could see his sloppy work, but wasn’t going to admit to it), proceeds to buffer them properly, cuts them down, before applying the gel. She ended up doing an excellent job, but he left a bad taste in my mouth.

I would have given it zero stars if I could have. I made an appointment. I make it to the location and, somehow, my appointment is not in their system. Now they think I’m going to wait hours to be seen. Not at all…that was the point of me making an appointment. I try the other location and was told they aren’t taking anymore customers. Mind you this 3pm in the afternoon. I will NEVER return to this place. HORRIBLE customer service. If you decide to go here make sure you confirm your appointment every day leading up to your appointment. What a waste of my time.

Always incredible service, even take me and my entire family last minute! Always clean, courteous and the owners are so nice and supportive! I’ve been a loyal customer over 5 years now and they have always been so patient and kind!!!!! Tammy and Kevin are the best and their prices are extremely low for the quality!
