Today was my first visit at Deluxe … I have been going to another salon in Wilson for the last few years and Felt like the quality of their services had changed, and I was wanting to try somewhere new! A friend of mine recommended Deluxe, And I’ll say I couldn’t have been happier with my services today! Got a dip manicure and a gel pedicure, and Lena did an awesome job!! I came in with chipped and broken short nails, and she did not judge me at all LOL she just did a great job fixing them! Will come back for sure 🙂

Love my pedicure! I got the duo! The massage was a bit too firm but I am overall very satisfied. The atmosphere was very relaxing and not chatty.

Emily, Amber, Nicky, John, Chi, Nick, & Lena are the best!! Deluxe Foot Spa has a relaxing atmosphere and the kindest employees. They take care of us every time we go and we always leave with the cutest nails. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Wow! I had the best pedicure ever! Devin was absolutely amazing. He was so careful to make sure the temperature was always right. I also appreciated that he talked to me, rather than the other employees. Great experience. I’ll be back! 🥰

I’m not the type of person who writes reviews, especially negative ones; we’ve been coming to Deluxe Spa for a couple of years and never had a bad experience with anyone here, but today, my mom had Katie. I think that was her name; she was an older lady, she was very rude toward my mom, and she was very rushed the whole time. Even my mom chose a Deluxe pedicure; the polish was on the cuticle. You can tell she doesn’t have much experience doing nails, My mom and I love coming here to relax, but today’s experience was very disappointing; I’m hoping the manager will see this review as constructive criticism and do something to improve the customer service.
