Janet did an amazing ombré on my nails! This was my 4th time here (had a touch up on acrylics because of a bad job elsewhere, gel nails, and a toenail polish change). Every visit has been a “delight!”

I visited this shop for the second time.Before the second visit searched them on Google.
To make sure I had the address correct. I called twice to try and make an appointment. No answer, no voicemail. Ok. I went the next day (today) around 3:23pm upon arrival Jan asked me which services I’d like while with a client.
Told her then sat down in waiting area. I waited more than an hour before any one of the people working said anything to me about anything. Didn’t offer any details or update about the wait or making an appointment. She has been with a client which is why I didn’t hover over her inquiring like some other folks would do. Yikes. I would’ve appreciated her taking a short break to mange the shop and the people in it. Then after more than an hour waiting she takes a person who arrived after me. And told me as much and held her finger up to me like daring me to protest. Not cool.
The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.
Ultimately I lowered my standards to this dusty establishment. It looks dusty and smells dusty. I’m a working professional new to the area. I simply didn’t have the time to go shop- to- shop. I will not return or recommend this shop. I suggest any other nail shop in any other area. Delight nails is not it. Run do not walk away from this shop.

Owner Jan did not apologize did not offer water. Also did not comp 10% or 15% for my long wait. There’s a better way to do businesses and I hope they find a way to get better. And then Jan rushed like she couldn’t have started my pedicure an hour prior like I made her wait. She’s banging tools down in seemingly a mild fury. Hilarious.

Such a great job! I’ve lived across the street for 3 years and just found this gem, I’ll be back! 😍 Fair pricing too!
I’ve read the reviews ! I have to say if you have an issue here from what I’ve seen you’re probably just used to walking all over people and it’s not unfair to ask for a little respect
in this world even as a nail tech. I like that the ladies working here stick up for each other and don’t let people walk all over them!

I was on a mission to get my nails done for an interview when I stopped at Delight Nails. Imagine my surprise to get my nails done by a young African American girl, Briana! I don’t often get my nails done, but when I have, in the past, I never saw people who look like me providing the service. Briana is awesome. Her nails were beautiful, and she informed me that she did them herself. Ladies, treat yourselves and stop in and ask for Briana. You won’t be disappointed!!!

My first experience was great! I called a few weeks later to schedule an appointment and when I got there the young lady told me she didn’t know how to the powder nails. That left a bad taste in my mouth, I probably won’t go back.
