Love this nail salon! Helen is the one to go to, she’s always so nice, caring, professional and she will do anything you want. I had a bad experience recently. I didn’t get what I wanted, the lady didn’t fix my issue even though I addressed it twice, she also nicked me with the nail drill and did not say sorry nor was professional about it and I will insert pictures but from now on I will be going to Helen. She does get busy fast so I’d recommend making an appointment early in the week. First photo is what I wanted, second photo is what I got and the third photo is what I got done by Helen.

My pedicure was great but my full set looks like teeth. The older lady (not Lynn) was nice and gave a great massage, however, when it came time for my full set Lynn did not take her time to buff or shape my nails in a natural way. $48 for these things and when I spoke with the person who operates the workers, she had the nerve to say my nails were cute. Also, Lynn came up to the desk to see what I had to say then had the nerve to snicker as if she didn’t do a hideous job. These people will mess you over and still look to be paid. I would not recommend LYNN at all. The only reason I added 2 stars is because of my pedicure and how the older lady treated me.

The wait wasn’t long at all and it only took an hour to do my nails and everyone was very welcoming and they were so sweet. I highly recommend this place because this was my first time and the lady did exactly what I wanted and she did so great. Highly recommend!! Thank you.

Did a horrible job on a set of nails and refused to make it right a day later. She tried to redo the nail that popped off but she used the wrong color! Then she said they were about to close and that I could come back. I then informed her I was leaving for a cruise the next day. She never offered any alternatives to make it right. Only that the nails were done poorly and she would tell the girl who did it when she comes back! Horrible

I came in for a pedicure and fill in. Both services were being done at the same time while I sat in the pedicure chair. The nail tech that was doing my fill in took the normal steps of clipping my nails and filing before applying new acrylic. When she put on the primer, the immediate step before acrylic application, my finger began to BURN. I told the technician, she didn’t seem to understand and continued to try to apply the acrylic, after expressing my pain several times. I said “no, this hurts too much, let’s just soak this off. The manager came over and explained the necessity of me having the primer and I said that’s fine I’ve never had a problem with it before but today, I’m just going to soak this off because I need relief. She said ok sure maybe we can just start fresh with your nails and cut them short. I was cool with that. I just wanted them done but neatly. After the soak off and she was done filing my nails. She told me to wash my hands. Then when I came back to the chair, she REFUSED to paint my now CUT OFF NAILS! 🤬😡 WHAT?!?! I couldn’t believe she was going to send me home with my toes painted and NOT my nails. I had already been agreeable, even though I was furious. I said I would pay for the soak off and everything. The manager simply waved me off and said I wouldn’t suggest you get you nails painted. The TRUTH is they didn’t want to be helpful or fix it. They were DONE and all they wanted was to be rid of me. NEVER AGAIN.
