I just moved back home and was hoping this would be my nail spot. The first few times was great but these last two have been the worst. I took a friend with me just so her gel polish could come off within a few days because the nail wasn’t cured long enough. You could feel the mushy of the polish the hard polish on top. Then this past weekend I schedule my appointment like they ask me too and everything is rushed because they fell behind. My nails are clumpy and the polish looks like it’s just layered on. While there I even addressed the issue with deedee who seemed upset and tried to say it was from the light curing the shellac. She did attempt to fix it mumbling under her breathe. My nails look like someone who just started doing nails did my nails. I won’t be coming back or bringing anymore service to them. Nails are pricey and I paid a pretty penny to have my nails like this.
Since the reply was snarky you can utilize the photos I just now uploaded and maybe learn from those mistakes made.

They were very nice and inviting. I called before I came and I was the last customer. The service was great, however my nails are not done up to par. I recently moved here from Dallas and this was the first place I tried in the area but it’s sloppy. Although the pedicure was great, I got white gel & my toes are sloppy as well. These pictures are 24hrs after I got them done. Wish I could do 2.5 but I’ll give it a 3 because the drinks were great and she didn’t rush

The nail guy Anthony did my nails this evening and they’re perfect! I’ve yet to find someone in Abilene that’s have done this great of a job. I will be back in a couple weeks! Also they’re very friendly people up there! Loved my entire experience

My nail tech was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The owners, Dee Dee and her husband were very helpful with my problem. A nail salon, I used prior to them, had left all my nails so lumpy and heavy. I was embarrassed for people to see my hands… Dee Dee Nails was gracious to get my nails back to a smoother look, the way they should look.
