First time trying this place out since it’s nearby me. I didn’t like the gel manicure at all – it looks like my baby sister could have done it, it’s very sloppy and frankly ugly and bubbly. I asked the older lady twice if she can smoothen them out to make them more professional and she said that it’s because my nails are just like that… and offered no solutions. Basically insinuating I’m the reason for having such ugly nails 😭 the one who does pedicures is nice – but the polish jobs in general are lack luster and not worth the price. I would go somewhere else

The women were very friendly but I booked an appointment for a gel fill with gel polish and they did an acrylic fill with gel polish instead. When I said it was the wrong type of fill, the women told me it was the same and since she’d already filed my polish and trimmed my nails I didn’t want to stop and go somewhere else. (The gel fill should be a premixed buildable gel that requires uv light to cure). The gel polish also didn’t fully cure; some of it rubbed off when I used my hands about 10 minutes after the appointment, the paint on my thumbs has been wrinkling, and the top layer has been peeling off since the lower polish layer wasn’t set. The polish has been chipping/peeling away since I got them done yesterday so I’ll likely just remove it and redo it myself this weekend. I was really hoping to come back here since it’s close to me, but Im disappointed to have paid for gel nails/polish and gotten neither. 😔 There we’re a few people who stopped in for pedicures while I was there so perhaps the regular mail polish pedicure is nicer?

Horrible horrible horrible!!!
She hides her lack of knowledge about doing nails by being over hospitable. I went in because my nails were growing and I wanted the extension taken out and just do a gel mani but then she convinced me to just get it filled in with acrylics. Then she used nail filing drill and over filed it. I even asked her if it is suppose to be filled like that and she told me, “Don’t worry. I will fix it”. And, since it was my first time, I believed her and now my nails are separated and it is breaking off at the middle. It has been a couple of month and my nails are still damaged and painful. I promise you it is not worth getting your nails done here.

The owner is lovely and that is the reason for my star rating. I visited for a pedicure and SNS power dip manicure. Unfortunately, my nails came out lumpy and the owner didn’t use the electric file to even them. When I showed her the lumps her solution was to apply a thick top coat, which didn’t solve the problem. Then she asked that I remain for 15 minutes after my service for them to dry. I’ve never had drying time for an SNS powder dip manicure. The pedicure left much to be desired. I wasn’t asked if I wanted an upgraded pedicure. So I received a basic one which apparently didn’t include cuticle removal.
I had visited before and had a similar experience. Since I needed last minute services I tried again, but won’t return. All in all I left there looking as if I had done my own DIY SNS dip manicure and pedicure.

Love the ladies at Dazzling Nail Care. They always do a good job, pamper me. They’re fantastic to my mother and grandmother who are arthritic and can be slow to pick colors, or settle in the chair.
