I called and left several messages, asking to schedule a pedicure and no one ever called me back. When I finally got someone on the phone, they were incredibly rude and hung up on me twice. When I called back, they said they did not want business from me because they were busy and was asking too many questions about availability. They went on to say that they had enough business from prom coming up this weekend. I have never been treated so rudely.

I am a current client of Jen and my daughter is a 4 year old with autism. Just a few weeks ago I had no option but to bring my daughter with me to my appointment. Although my daughter is a handful, Jen was very patient and even held her for a little while. When I told Jen that I would have to reschedule bc I know a nail salon is not a place for children If you can help it but she assured me it would be ok and we would make it work. Jen has such a giving and loving heart. It really does take a village. One of the leaders from my church nursery was there also to lend a helping hand. I’m thankful that Jen and Van are part of my village.

1 star only because I have Never been able reach anyone on their business phone for over a month.. so I took a chance & drove over to them, & to my surprise, it’s by appointment only, which is great, but no one answers the phone so I can make an appointment.. 🙁
I took a photo of their door, & there is a note taped that reads.. ((see photo)).. now, how does anyone know this, unless they are sitting at the door reading it?

The lady is very bossy! Want customers to soak nails for over an hour!!! while she do other clients nails on your time! I waited 3 hours to do my nails! Really! And had the nerve to get an attitude told me I had to soak! Didn’t get to her level with her loud talking! Don’t have to do anything, but take my business elsewhere! An attitude like that, I won’t be the last to walk out!
