This was truly an awful experience, the tech was rude & rushed the process. She barely put in any effort, her shaping was amateur . I asked her to do better, she ignored me & proceed doing a horrible job. I will never go back & encourage you to find a better establishment. The paint was thick & nails were wide & unacceptable.

DO NOT GO HERE, GO NEXT DOOR TO KELLY D NAILS INSTEAD!!! I dropped my Mom off here and had to come back to pick her up after five minutes because the staff refused to service her. She waited on a call list for over 2 hours, which is understandable as it is the day before Mother’s Day. However, their treatment of her is not understandable at all. My mom really wanted a manicure that included cuticle trimming/push back. When she asked, she was told at first that they didn’t offer that, then told it was extra (which I have never heard of being not included in the price but okay whatever). I’m paying as a gift so I told her to go for it. She then made the comment “ Ok I just want it done right” to the manicurist which apparently hurt this man’s ego so much that he had to tell the receptionist to kick my mom out. They then yelled at her about how rude SHE was and that “he has had his license over 17 years!”. This is not a high end salon to be so insulted by her comment, yall work in a Walmart. We ended up going to Kelly D which is in the same shopping center and has a MUCH higher quality salon and customer service.

I got my nails done they were pretty 😍 just that I got a 3d bow and when I went home it fell and had to go back a get a heart drawed on

Horrible experience! I was a walk in, the place was not busy at all only three people being helped. They asked me to have a seat and introduced me to the person who would be doing my pedicure. Another woman walked in while I was soaking my feet and asked for the person who was helping me. It seemed as though she had been there before, and she stated she wanted to wait for the person just starting my pedicure. She had no appointment just like me…but somehow my person called another person over to do my pedicure and she hopped up to help this woman. I was so embarrassed because the other people in the chairs were just as shocked as I was at the treatment I received and made comments out loud about how rude it was. Disgusting way to treat people. I had been there previously and dropped $150 on my pedicure because I’m a big tipper…NEVER again. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible manners.
