I had been talking to Mrs. Rosa for a while about getting my hair done for my wedding, when we finally met, she insisted and insisted that I get highlights or rays and a treatment, and I cordially told her no, after several times Mrs. Rosa got angry, behaved rudely and began to criticize me in a negative way assuming that if I didn’t do what she says my hair would look horrible on my wedding day… Is that the way to treat clients? Offending them? I was going to take all my bridesmaids to have their makeup and hair done but it’s a good thing I didn’t. A disrespectful person and I would never set foot in the premises again after that treatment.

Horrible, my nails were ugly. The girl who fixed it burned my cuticles and the machine was super hot. I do them differently. I paid for gel and the nails were not shiny and on top of everything slow. She wasn’t the owner, she was the one with the skinny long hair. Awful!!
