I love this salon! The prices are great, the nail techs are great, The service is great! I’m sure people look down on this place because it’s inside of Walmart, but I stick to this place because I get better results with their work that I do any other standalone salon that I have been to in my area. I am one of those people that always has a nail popping off after a couple weeks or the design is not exactly what I wanted or some other problem. I can go 5 weeks between Phil’s and my nails still look as great as they did the day I got them done aside from obviously the new growth showing. I give this place a 10 out of 10.

I was disappointed with my pedicure. My feet were not baby soft. No scraping off dry skin was done. The amount of product used on scrubber wasn’t sufficient. I indicated that I had a callus, I still have it. I indicated how I wanted tops of feet massaged. The owner/manager stopped her work and came over whenever I had something to say. I was not rejuvenated .

My first experience with them was great, my nails looked fabulous and they stayed too for a 4+ weeks.
Although, my recent experience was not so good. The nail tech doing my nails was not understanding what I was trying to explain. The work was casually done and not up to the standards I had expected. Within the first week, I could see cracks on the gel polish and slowly it started to peel off.
Will re-think on booking another appointment with them.

Pleasant technician but
Worst manicure
I like my nails to look more natural and I expressed this several times to the technician “John”

I keep my nails the length and shape I want do all the technician has to do is a fill & polish.

After he worked on my nails, all fingernail were not same length nor were they filed the same width.
I wanted more square cut with rounded edges as I previously expressed.

I requested for the fill to be thin not thick at the top and cuticle area ( see pictures as the definitely look so bad… looks like a cheap set of fake glue on nails!

Pedicure was ok not great
He cut my toenails without asking
And cut them crooked

$127 plus tip
Down the drain

When I got in the car and put on my reading glasses
I realized this whole mess

They were closed when I tried to stop in after shopping at Walmart as they had shorter hours
