The atmosphere is great. The people are very nice but the service that I received was not OK. I got a pedicure done and the way that she cut my nails. Specifically, my toes were away where she cut the sides and made them pointy so when my nails start to grow, in my skin. I have had plenty of pedicures, but this place made my nails so bad. I had to go to a different location and go through so much pain for them to remove the ingrown toenails that were hurting me so much. Please pedicures are not OK there.

I’ve came here for about 8 months now. It just gets better and better. Kim always does my pedicure, and she is WORTH it. She really puts work into it, and pays very close attention to detail. I won’t let anyone else touch my feet except her or Tiffany. Tom does my acrylic set, and he never disappoints!! He shapes well, and goes above and beyond. My acrylics last FOREVER, they never fall off. It’s amazing. They’re fairly clean, and prices are normal. Love, love, love this place!!

First time coming here and long wait but honestly worth it, I love how my nails turned out. service was good and people were nice also clam & relaxing atmosphere… if you dont mind the wait then I would suggest you come here.

So this was my third time coming for pedicure. On 12/31/21 I arrived at 9:00 pretty early because it was a holiday and close to the weekend. There were 5 workers. I waited 15 minutes. Pedicure was $55 and I tipped her. My pinky was gel due to me having a little nail, next day it fell. I wasn’t so concerned because like I mentioned my pinky nail is small. My BIGGEST concerned was one of my other toes. I have no idea what this lady did that I believe got infected. (Please see pictures.) and my big toe had another cut. I did not feel what’s so ever when she was doing them until the next day. I will definitely not be going back. I feel like each time I go they slack off more and have fell off. Go at your own risk.

I have been coming to this nail salon since they opened, LOVE IT! Always super quiet and I always happen to come when it’s not too busy. I sometimes don’t have time to come due to a busy schedule but wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love the people always so nice and welcoming. And always clean!! This is something important to me and so far I haven’t had any issues. If you’ve never been worth the try, I’m pretty sure you won’t be disappointed! 💖🥰
UPDATED REVIEW:
This place has potential but the owners really need to keep up with the place & be more professional. When they opened I feel like they tried so hard & it was nice. I’m not sure if they’re exhausted, which is understandable with the pandemic and all. I hope they take their bad reviews as constructive criticism. I went in the other day & this lady did my nails & she cut & chopped all this extra skin off around my finger nails. Way excessive.. (I didn’t say anything because I figured she was the professional and knew what she was doing.) Two days later & fingers are still SOOOOO TINDER. It HURTS SOOO BAD!! & this is what prompted me to write this review. Some things they could work on is taking the time to wipe down their equipment carts & the materials that do NOT come in the plastic packets. I know they wash some of the things. But some look like they have not been cleaned at all like the UV lights & the window shields & tables. (Hope I’m wrong 😑) I don’t think I’ll be returning and try to find something better.
