My first time here was 01/24 & I had Ms. Tracy who gave me a 5 star pedicure! The second time I came was 02/24 & Tracy wasn’t there so, I got two other ladies who gave me a mani-pedi. My manicure was really great and lasted for over 3 weeks which was honestly the first time I’ve ever had all 10 of my nails stay on! I was so excited to post a before & after so I could rave about this place but I didn’t receive the same nail tech when I went yesterday 02/21/24.
I got a different tech who asked me if I got my nails done there. I said yes & he made a weird comment about the shape of my nails and why I didn’t speak up about it. I told him I understand that everyone works different & I liked my nails. Typically I don’t complain but I figured I would take the advice & speak up.
I didn’t like was how he rushed my fill in, left my nails shaped even worst & didn’t even offer me a drink considering how long I waited even though I was told there would be availability.

Very quick and straight to business. I didn’t make an appointment, because of the reviews, but had a plan for a manicure and some, I don’t know what they’re called, the powder dip nails. I walked in and was immediately asked what I was there for. I panicked and just said nails, and was sat down in a chair and left for a few minutes. They asked how I wanted my nails and then the next thing I knew the lady doing my nails was playfully shaking my hand telling me to look at them later. I was mesmerized by how quickly they were coming together, I was done and out of the door within the hour. A little rough around the edges, but that’s because I didn’t ask for a full manicure, so I’m not upset. You can’t tell unless you look really close.

I was seated right away as soon as I came in and was satisfied with my visit to this nail salon. The staff was nice and the lady who took care of me did a really good job. Their Ya Yang nail polish remover burned my skin in the beginning but other than that everything went well. Clean and nice salon overall.

First experience wasn’t that great. The lady tending to my pedicure was very ruff and the end result looked like something I could’ve done at home. Gave it a second chance and the pedicure was amazing but the lady was a little ruff on my cuticles with the drill bit and I spent way more than I ever have on a simple design. Very sweet staff but I don’t believe that my nails plus toes was worth the price. (It was in the hundreds). I went in for a take off & hot stone pedicure, and then a take off & an acrylic with a design on the middle. [Update] after a few days my fingers kind of burn under or around my nail every once in a while due to the products used on my nails.

I got a shellac mani and pedi and was in and out in an hour which was good since I had a busy schedule. The techs were very detail-oriented and careful in every step. Very straight to the point. The only complaint would be that there was a lady walking around overlooking the techs almost in a condescending manner. Maybe she was training or she’s the owner but there was no need for that in my opinion as they did a great job.
