ZERO stars!! The pharmacy is the worst I have ever dealt with. If you call they put you on hold and never answer. If you go inside, they are rude. One of the pharmacist told me wrong the wrong information about a prescription with cause a 2 week delay. She should have kept her mouth shut if she didn’t k ow what she was talking about. This is “bottom of the barrel” pharmacy. Always check your prescription for errors. DO BETTER CVS!

Customer service staff for the Pharmacy lacks motivation and intelligence. I have never witnessed the apathy of these individuals each and every time I am at the drive thru or waiting in line in the store for my R/X. I could work circles around these 2 and I am 76. Don’t have their names but they were working today Friday, Feb 9@ 12.00. I have been 2 X to pick up my R/X and have not yet got it. Going to use delivery. See how that goes!!! This needs evaluation on the stores mgr.s part.

Very rude pharmacist/pharmacy manager named DJ who doesn’t care that your time is being wasted, tries to overtalk to you on the telephone instead of listening to you so the problem can be solved and because l did not want to deal with his bad attitude he hung up on me. It’s bad when you have to contact them every month because they refill your medication as a 90 day supply when you have requested 30 day every month and then you have to remind them every month. What a freaking waste of time every month!!!

Price of item on line showed available at my local cvs was priced higher when I got there. Showed cashier she said she couldn’t lower the price. She said if I bought it on line to pick up there she would have pulled it and had it ready but she couldn’t honor price in store, how stupid is that. That’s ok Walgreens showed same price know where I’m going next time.
