The best place in Conroe to do my nails!!! Tina is the best doing nails!! She’s so fast, she understand whatever you want and always suggest the best ideas to make it beautiful!!

First off I love how my nails always turn out here they are all very talented with the work they do! The staff there are really nice and I myself have never had any issues with anyone there! They do get really busy though.

I went in for a refill and while the tech started to take my current set off she injured my natural nail by taking the powder off with a fake nail tip. I informed her she injured my nail cracking it and causing me to bleed not being able to proceed with a new set. She then blamed me when I brought it to her attention and stopped working saying “next time I go she won’t assist me”. She then began to speak loud in her language to the owner when I informed her it wasn’t fair that she injured me causing me to bleed and still expected me to pay full price while not even starting the work. The owner did not care one bit, they began to speak in their language. Steve did not come to check up on me to see what had happened or how they could further assist me. He continue to look videos on his self phone while there was no way for me to be heard or assisted. Without any help they did not come up to me but instead both hid and had somebody else charge me full price not being able to say anything for myself for a service not started and while injuring my natural nails.

Me and my two daughters had a long day and had went to 3 other salons just to be turned down bc they were only open another hour, we walked in here at 6:05pm Friday night. I asked if they could possibly squeeze two full sets and a nail paint in (my fingers were crossed) and to my surprise they said YES!!! They made my daughters first time having her nails done very memorable and even stayed almost an hour past closing time!!! Annnndddd the quality of the nails was perfect I will be driving here every two weeks (from Tomball)!!! Thank you Tina we loved our visit
