This was my fifth visit and a total disappointment. We were a scheduled party of three for mani/pedis. The quality of service very much depends on the technician. Unfortunately two of us received sub par service, misshaped nails (some square some round) My manicure was so bad I requested they remove it and not redo it. The third guest in our party received excellent service. The owner called and offered to redo my mani the following day.

Amy is the best. She is fast and so sweet and my nails look beautiful and last for almost 3 weeks. Also she is on time and no wait time.
Have had a pedicure here also and have been very satisfied. Custom Nails is clean and very pleasant.

WARNING!! Worst Manicure of my life!! I went to have a French manicure before a big work event and within an hour of getting my nails done – one of my nails chipped. I went back and they fixed it graciously. I left that evening for an out of town convention and woke up the next day to ALL of my Nails Chipped, Cracked and Peeling. I had to work the biggest and most important work event I had in years with chipped and cracked nails. I returned from my convention to ask for a refund and they refused saying – we won’t refund you because you’re just going to talk bad about us anyway. I’ve been going to Custom Nails for over 15 years. I will NEVER GO BACK.

The salon is clean and comfortable. This was my second visit and it was a big disappointment compared to the first.
This nail salon is a hot or miss depending on the manicurest.
So, if you go and receive an excellent service, remember the manicurest’s name
Wished I had done that. My first visit was wonderful.

Van was friendly and professional. She did a really nice pedicure being careful not to hurt me while being thorough cleaning my nails and toes.
