The worst experience ever in terms of customer service and quality of work. I had an appointment for Saturday morning for long acrylic nails. The whole experience was red flag after red flag, starting with the shop looking dingy and being empty down to nail tech claiming that the nails were too long and she had an upcoming appointment so she just decided to cut my nails off? Long story short and needless to say I will not be returning – EVER!

I recently just had one of my best nail salon experiences here. The nail tech I had was more than accommodating, even staying open late for me. She also mixed my own color of Dip and Gel polish when the color I picked wasn’t as pink as I had expected. She also let me eat while in her salon lol. Seriously – so so kind and lovely. And my nails look beautiful!!! Exactly what I wanted.

This place is the BEST!! I’ve never had a nail break and I work in food service. They also knew how to fix a painful crack in a nail, relieving the pain immediately. My nails always look amazing an last a long time. Would totally recommend!!

The ladies are nice but…..Very disappointing experience for me. Their soak tubs do not work there is no pricing listed except for the notifications of extra charge for no chip and OPI Shine. I had to keep asking for a price list and once I received it I had to ask about the difference in services. I guess if you are a local you have a better chance of decent service. I left without having services rendered. Off to the next one.
