Please ask for prices before getting any services, they make up different prices every time, I ask for the picture & got the other picture & had the nerve to charge me $45, waaay too much for a gel pedicure w/design

This place was ok 2-3 yrs ago. Now it’s just WAY too pricey. They charge for things that should JUST be part of the service! They charge $5 to REMOVE polish off your feet before they apply the new one. Like huh?! Isn’t that supposed to COME with the pedicure?! Ive NEVER heard that anywhere else before. They charge an extra $5 if you want them to use the feet scraper. Huh?! The $25 for the pedicure should already include all that stuff! And if you don’t do gel, after 4 days, your polish, POOF gone

Crystal Plus was a recommendation by one of my close friends. I decided to check them out and glad I did. The place was clean and the wait time on a Monday morning wasn’t too bad. I would come again.

Been coming here for a few years now. Unfortunately I’m not happy when I took off my acrylic nails and see many “green dots” please sanitize your tools. I won’t be returning after this. Ladies please be careful here and make sure your tech properly clean her tools.

Usually she does a good job but she was rushing and was making mistakes and going back and forth between me her other clients, that were getting their eyebrows done. and she was gonna charge me $50 for it
