Trust the process. I have been getting my nails done here for about a year now. Any style they are able to do and the stylist remember you. Which is super nice.
I always stick with a black and white set. However, these turned out super cool. A set removal and full set of acrylic, plus nail art was $110. Pretty reasonable.

We are not from Washington state, so I googled a nail salon near me that had good reviews and I’m so glad I chose this place. They did so good, we did a walk in with my husband, we were welcomed with a friendly staff. They quickly sat us and got started. My husband got a pedicure and he said that the massage was awesome and his toe nails look nice. I got nails extensions with a design that I showed the owner. She didn’t even look at it twice and got to it, she was quick and did such an amazing job I haven’t had such good quality nails in a while. Wish I lived around here I would totally be back to get them done again. Thank you to Crystal Nails for doing such a great job.

I thought this place was better because of the reviews, but there was bad experience in here; they took forever to do a pedicure and nails. Michelle started my nails and then went to someone else. She let me wait. My pedicure was finished she saw me even though i was waiting for her, and she left again. Not professional at all!! It’s really sad from this place. The place is not bad. But they need to finish a job before starting another!!! Also, she did a horrible job because she was in a hurry. (I did my appointment with plenty of time) $140 is not worth at all.

I DO NOT recommend this nail salon! Please save your time and money. I’m never going back! They are way too overpriced! I visited Crystal Nails on Friday, November 10th, 2023 afternoon. There were no prices posted, so I asked how much it would be to get my SNS Dipping nails done. The woman hesitated, then said $50. The technician who did my nails filed my nails first (I have always had this done as the final step). She buffed out my nails and cut cuticles and filed my nails way too short even though I told her I liked the length that they were. She then put the base coat on all my nails before dipping, so the base coat seemed pretty dry before the nails were dipped. Even though I told her that it seems pretty dry, could she put a new coat on? She did not reapply the base coat. After that she did 3 coats of the color dip. The owner came over to file my nails and saw that they had already been done, and got upset with the employee. When I asked her why she was upset with the employee she said that she (the owner) is the one who files the nails. i asked if the employee was new, she said that she had been there a few years, and that she was old and can’t see very well, so she (the owner) does the filing. She then had me put them under the UV light 3 or 4 times. I asked her, why put them under the UV light 3-4 times? She said because it’s cold outside and we don’t want the nails to come off.
The entire time I was in the salon, the owner was chewing out the employee who was working on my nails. In front of me and the other customers in the shop. It was very awkward! One of the things she chewed her out for was filing my nails before applying the dipping powder. When I was going to pay with cash, I asked for a receipt, but she said that they only give out receipts for card payments. So I used my card instead. Before walking out of the nail salon, I noticed that there are only 3 licenses on the wall, yet there were 8 technicians working.
The first nail fell off on Sunday morning. When I went in to complain on Monday 11/13, the owner was looking at my nails, and 3 more came off! I asked for a refund, but was told she could only give me a $25 refund because her employee worked on them and invested her time. After returning home, I noticed that their Facebook page lists the price for SNS Dipping color at $38. The service and the prices are questionable. I recommend reading all their reviews before you go in.
