I haven’t been in Crystal in 15 years ! At that time I went there with my sister it was her 21st birthday. I moved back to the area couple years ago and I was going to other nail salons but It got to the point that the prices started to little pricey for me when I was spending $130 or more. Mind you I wasn’t even getting any designs just French manicures tropical manicures and pedicures. Of course these are upscale nail salon. And I understand now has gotten even more popular in the fashion world and I understand everything has gone up in prices. I was looking for another nail salon that was close to where I live but we’re professional and do quality work. The salon is small. It once was very busy before Covid after Covid business has gotten a little slow. I reminisce while I’m there because they still have certain tools and certain things that from back in the day. My nail technician Ricky focused on making sure my nails were even. Be exactly the same shape. Some salon do your nails and you have one thumbnails is longer than the other and it just takes away from the whole design and a whole experience if that’s your results. Ricky focused on making sure that my acrylic nails were shaped correctly and professionally!!! He gave me the right amount of acrylic because I do a lot of typing at my job. And one thing about him that he takes his time with your nails he has a-lot pride in perfecting his artwork.
My nails look like I spent high end salons prices. and he is very nice. He always has good stories to tell. Ask for pretty Ricky!!! I’ve been seeing him for the last 3 months. I recommend to call the salon and ask for him and speak to him and he will tell you to come or he’ll give you a specific time like an appointment. Although it’s in the Kensington area which is considered the hood. I never had a problem getting to the salon or being in the salon or leaving.

This nail salon gives you great service
and this is only my 2nd time coming here. They also have lower prices than most salons. I now have a new nail salon.

Absolutely beautiful work done on my nails. I had to have them redo them from a nail salon down the street Janet nails. The prices are very affordable and you come out with nails looking like you paid $100. Very humble people and very nice. They will stay two hours after closing just to make sure you were taken care of. I highly recommend Ricky he did an amazing job on my nails my birthday is now complete. Thank you thank you thank you will return again

Honestly I don’t know why they don’t charge more!!!! Such an amazing experience at Crystal’s. They took their time and were SUPER diligent. I’ve never had a nail salon work so hard on my toes making sure they were perfect. I will be back MANY times!!!
