When I raised my concerns to the staff, they responded in a rude and hostile manner instead of addressing the issue and attempting to rectify their poor workmanship. They even had the audacity to tell me that if you are not satisfied, you could choose not to return to their salon. With great disappointment, I decided to leave the salon due to their lack of professionalism and respect.
I strongly advise against visiting this nail salon, as their service was subpar and their staff had no regard for customer satisfaction. I hope that my feedback serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking a reliable and enjoyable experience at a nail salon.
The customer service was also very sub par. I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment with no apology, my ingrown nail was hardly attended to (even the manicurist critiques the pedicurists job, hard to believe). Long story short I won’t be back and unless something drastically changes I don’t recommend you come either.
I went to get a basic pedicure and manicure a few days ago. The most HORRIBLE pedicure of my life. They cut my nails almost to the bone and my toes were bleeding. Now, 3 days after the pedicure – they are still bleeding. One of the toes is infected because of such a deep cut. I can only wear soft sneakers and will not be able to wear any other shoes for awhile (and I have a wedding to attend). Manicure was less horrible, but they cut my nails much shorter than I requested and didn’t really clean up the cuticles either.
Will never go there again!
Emmy did such a thorough job with my pedicure. I highly recommend her and this place. I have tried quite a few in the past 2 years in the area. This one never disappoints.
