Took my 9 year old daughter here for a basic manicure and pedicure (her first) based on FB comments that they’re great with kids. They were so pushy and disrespectful of me saying I didn’t want my daughter to have acrylics. I kept saying no and one nail tech proceeded to speak directly to my daughter, saying she can do them for her and cut them short. It felt like a mental mind trick and next thing I knew, there was a full set of acrylics on my 9 year old. For the record, they looked awful and as I knew she would, she hated them and couldn’t function with them on. We took them off that night. We will never return to this place. What was supposed to be a fun mother/daughter experience turned into a complete $200 nightmare. She also now has a red, painful toe, which is likely infected. Be careful!!!

My first visit. I was welcomed immediately. The gentleman(I’m sorry I never got his name) was extremely helpful. He repaired my nails and did my refill. My nails look and feel amazing. I will definitely be back.

I love Crystals!! It’s the best nail salon. Everyone that works there is so friendly and Crystal knows me by name. She really takes the time to know her clients. My nail tech, Kim is amazing! She always takes her time and is so gentle. I cannot recommend Crystals enough!!! You have to go!

I have to say Crystal Nail Salon is ONE of the most elegant nail salons I have ever been to. Best Nail Salon experience hands down. Extremely professional environment as well as quality work. Crystal and her staff go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience.But let me say the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed with the best owner and her entire staff. Crystal is amazing at doing my nails and with her nail art talent.They treated everyone including myself like family! Everyone was having conversations! I will always recommend this place for getting your nails done!
