My nails were done very poorly. I got them done Thursday, and today is Sunday. I payed 100$ for these, I definitely got ripped off. Will not be coming back.

3 of us made an appointment here for pedicure. We arrived right on time and still waited 15 min to be seated to due to low staff. Service was good, but our toes had gel polish on the skin and nails weren’t cut straight. I felt that they rushed because there was a person waiting and they wanted to just get to the next person. AND, i added sparkle to the tops of my nails and right foot has SO much sparkle and left has like nothing on it. They aren’t even.

i have an appointment for 2 pedis at 6

“i thought you changed it to 11:30”

no i didn’t

“i called this morning over and over and over again and some lady picked up the phone”

it wasn’t my phone

Then he proceeded to tell the girl that was getting her nails done by him that “i called today and said 11:30, i don’t know how IT got lost”

Long story short, never coming here again

I’ve been coming to Crystal nails since they opened 4 years ago. I cannot express how happy I was to find Vu!! My nails (acrylic set) are always strong but never thick. I refuse to go anywhere else. Highly recommend 10/10!!

I hate to leave bad reviews and actually have been coming to this salon for years and have normally loved them. Today was the 3rd time I’ve made an actual appointment instead of just walking in. I called the morning of and made the appointment to make sure there was time before driving from Meridian, I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time with 4 people waiting to start their service and one tech there.

When I asked if someone else was coming in because I had called and made an apointment, she said she just called them. The owner and another tech that’s always there came out, but started servicing the people that walked in before someone who had called and made an actual appointment.

I work in the beauty industry and understand walk-in vs appointments, but I actually made an appointment this time because I have other things to do today. I wasn’t going to show up at 10:30 and wait for 3 pedicures and a manicure to finish before me.

You’re better off just walking in to this nail salon than make an appointment. Regrettably I need to find a new salon.
